JOB OFFER

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager to join our team. You’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and ensuring that our clients achieve their goals.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Managing Client Relationships: Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, understanding their needs, and maintaining strong partnerships.
• Overseeing Project Execution: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and effective execution of client projects and campaigns.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics to evaluate success, providing clients with regular insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Problem-Solving: Identify potential challenges and proactively offer solutions to improve client satisfaction and business outcomes. Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, project progress, and offer strategic recommendations.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with our Design & Content Creation teams to make sure everything we create aligns with the client’s vision and business goals.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A proactive professional with experience in account management, client relations, or project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to compose concise, accurate, and appropriately targeted responses.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and learn quickly new tools and processes.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.

Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related industries is a plus.
